Information Update
If any of your personal details change — such as your phone number, email, or address — please update your account as soon as possible. crickexapp is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information. Failure to provide the required documents for identity verification may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraudulent activity, use of bots or automation software, collusion with other users, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited on the platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all accumulated rewards may be forfeited.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All financial transactions on crickexapp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. A minimum deposit amount applies and is clearly stated on the platform. Deposits are generally processed instantly.
Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 business hours; additional verification may extend this timeframe. Limitation of Liability
The crickexapp platform is provided on an "as is" basis. crickexapp shall not be held liable for any service interruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, network issues, or natural disasters. crickexapp cannot be held responsible for financial losses arising from betting or gaming — all gaming outcomes are entirely at the user's own risk. Under no circumstances shall crickexapp's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.
